Sensual Nollywood actress, Irene Ibekwe, a native of Ogbunike in Oyi local government area of Anambra State has come out to dispel the notion that Anambra girls are desperadoes, who would do anything for money.


The Wages of Trust star, in a chat with Potpourri takes exception to the popular notion of the Anambra girls, using herself as an example.

“It is not true that Anambra girls are desperadoes. We, Anambra girls are only independent and hardworking. If they say they love money I think that applies to everyone. Every human being loves money, not only Anambrarians. Money is good, yes, but what happiness can one derive from marrying a rich guy who treats you like a slave? None, so I still insist that every single girl  should pray  to marry someone who will love and cherish them,” she said. Telling us the kind of man she wants to marry, she said, “ I want a God-fearing man, someone who will see me as a sister, mother, baby, friend, lover and not a punching bag. I want someone I can be happy with me, with or without money” she quipped.

Experts have brought up that Human urine is better than fertiliser..our farmland is not safe any more lol..

ON JULY 8, 2017 9:42 PM IN NEWS An environmental engineer, Mr Isaac Bryant, on Saturday urged conversion of human urine into fertiliser and other products that would have higher environmental value. “Urine, which most of us consider as waste, is a valuable resource which we can use directly as fertiliser. “Urine is very safe, hygienic, easy to handle and collect, and easily available,“ Bryant, a lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, told the News Agency of Nigeria.
